I was tired of using fold up card table chairs around my table. I found these four chairs at a garage sale, reupholstered the seats, walla--four new kitchen chairs.

My First Needle Punch

Surfing the Internet, I came across yet something else I had to try--needle punch. I embroidered the words "Get Well" and framed this little guy and sent him off.

The New Crewel by Katherine Shaughnessy

I picked this book up from the public library and love the patterns. I didn't have any yarn so I worked them with DMC embroidery floss. I needed to learn how to resize images I post--and to add captions, centered above each image.
